How do Crystals work?
Crystals and other healing stones have specific molecular compositions giving them unique frequencies and vibrations which can redirect the body’s energy flow and aid in unblocking areas that are unbalanced or stuck; with a goal to increase health by improving physical, spiritual and emotional wellness.
Crystals and other healing stones interact with a person’s energy field allowing positive and healing energy to flow into the body providing an avenue for the body to release negative, toxic energy. Much like other types of alternative therapies, crystals work by directing a person’s energy levels allowing them to heal the body from the inside.
Crystal therapy sessions assist us in all areas since energetic imbalances can end up manifesting as physical ailments or emotional issues. The goal of a session may include realignment of your energetic frequencies and/or removal of emotional/energetic blocks while allowing for deep soul learning and spiritual growth.
